Shipping Info
Orders will be shipped out no later than a week from purchase date, I typically like to send out packages on Monday’s or Wednesday’s !! All orders also include freebie items at no extra cost !!
Being a small business means I unfortunately do not have the funds to cover lost or stolen packages. Once the post office has your package in their possession, it is out of my hands ): I will try my best to contact my local post office to help resolve the issue, and you can do the same contacting your local post office. Jewelry Care
Again, being a the owner of a small shop I do not have the funds for the top jewelry metals. I will have the metal type listed with each item. Some metals are more sensitive to tarnishing than others, please do your research to see if a specific type of metal is meant for you! (: Stainless steel is tarnish resistant but, for any jewelry metals I do not recommend getting it wet all of the time. Take your jewelry off in the shower and when washing your hands for long lasting wear (:
Stainless steel is also safe for sensitive ears and skin!
Jewelry Repairs
Accidents happen and that’s okay !! If a piece of jewelry that you purchased happens to break, please email me a photo and description of the break. You can choose to ship the item back to me (with all salvageable pieces), you must cover the shipping cost to send it back, and I will cover shipping costs to send it back to you repaired !! l
