Shipping Info

Orders will be shipped out no later than a week from purchase date, I typically like to send out packages on Monday’s or Wednesday’s !! All orders also include freebie items at no extra cost !!

Being a small business means I unfortunately do not have the funds to cover lost or stolen packages. Once the post office has your package in their possession, it is out of my hands ): I will try my best to contact my local post office to help resolve the issue, and you can do the same contacting your local post office. Thank you all for understanding !! (:

Jewelry Repairs

Accidents happen and that’s okay !! If a piece of jewelry that you purchased happens to break, please email or instagram dm me a photo and description of the break. You can choose to ship the item back to me (with all salvageable pieces), you must cover the shipping cost to send it back, and I will cover shipping costs to send it back to you repaired !!

Side note: I may not always have the materials to replace lost or fully broken pieces, please consult with me first (:
